Getting the Diploma
We wait until grades are posted for your final classes before we run a final check and confirm completion of your degree requirements. Results of graduation evaluations are sent in Navigate - this includes if your graduation application is denied because you are missing classes. There is a minimum of two weeks to process the request. Processing times can be longer based on volume and availability.
Once your degree has been posted on your transcript and your physical diploma has been printed and mailed, you will receive a text notification as well as a digital copy of your diploma. To ensure your diploma is mailed to the correct address, please keep your Personal Information up to date in ctcLink.
Please note that physical degrees are not distributed at our annual Commencement ceremony. While successfully completing an Intent to Graduate form is the first step in ceremony participation, ceremony participation does not guarantee degree completion.
